Heartwood is surrounded by the Gold Coast Hinterland’s most spectacular walking trails, swimming holes and waterfalls. There’s no better place to thrive outside, with gentle through to challenging walking trails that traverse the most beautiful rainforests in Australia. Heartwood is 2km from Purlingbrook Falls and 5km from Springbrook’s Best of All Lookout, a unique rainforest forest trail lined with ancient Antartic beech trees. The Canyon Falls, Twin Falls and Goomoolahra Falls also within a short drive from Heartwood feature a beauty and charm all of their own.

Springbrook has a rich biodiversity of flora and fauna and is populated with native animals including wallabies, possums, frogs and song birds. Springbrook is a delight for the senses and Heartwood is the perfect space to engage with all that this unique region has to offer.
